There are two types of Residential Investment Finance available: Portfolio Facilities and Buy to Let Mortgages.

Portfolio Facility

This is one loan secured against a portfolio of residential properties, from two properties to five hundred properties or more. There are numerous benefits with Portfolio Facilities when compared to individual mortgages for a portfolio of properties.

Simple administration with only one loan compared to lots of individual mortgages.

The rental income from the portfolio is added together so that higher yielding properties can unlock equity or support borrowing from lower yielding properties.

Surplus equity can be used to set up forward buying facilities to increase the portfolio.

Flexible fixed rates of interest to lock into low interest rates for a variety of terms.

  • Loan size: £250k - £20 million
  • Loan to Value: 70%
  • Interest Rate Options: BOE Base, Libor, Fixed Rates, Base and Libor Swaps
  • Margin: From 2%
